How long does it take to receive our sample collection kit?
We send our collection kits out by regular mail within 48 hours of your order.
How do I pay for DNA test?
Home DNA tests you can pay for securely online using your payment card. Alternatively you can make payment via ACH.

How accurate and reliable are your DNA tests?
Our DNA tests detect up to 25 genetic markers to determine paternity and other biological relationships. Our non-invasive paternity tests detect more than 2688 SNP markers with probability of inclusion >99.9%.

How do I receive my DNA test results?
As environmentally aware organization, we always send your DNA report via email. Electronic report is accessible in minutes after the final laboratory result approval. The report is attached to the email as an Adobe PDF file that can be saved and printed each time as an original. Protecting your privacy, we will not give results over the phone.
How long does DNA analysis take?
It depends on the type of the test and complexity of each case. Typically, we are able to send your results in 2-3 business days for paternity tests and in 7-10 working days for prenatal DNA tests. Most of the tests can be expedited for fee (please enquire).
Do I need to include the mother in my DNA test?
No, but we suggest to do so whenever possible or order Premium Paternity DNA test for stronger results.
Can I do a paternity test if father's sample is not available?
Yes, you then use samples from alleged father's relatives and choose one of the family relationship DNA tests (siblings, grandparents, avuncular and Y-STR).
How can I order anonymous DNA test?
You can use codes or nick names to identify samples.
Can I have my prenatal samples collected at your facility?
Yes, at the closest collection site in your state. We advise patients/clients to book well in advance to secure the date and time.
Do I have to book an apointment for sampling?
You can just order Home Sample Collection Kit and collect the cheek swabs yourself. However, If you decide to have your samples collected (legal tests, immigration tests and prenatal tests) at our collection you need to book appointment.
Can I use samples other than saliva?
Yes, we process routinely all biological samples.
Do I need a legal DNA Test?
That depends on your situation. If you require the results as evidence at the court or for any other legal purpose, you will need a Chain-of-Custody Legal DNA Test.
